Cosmic Launch Control™ is a professionally assembled, weather-resistant 3-button interactive trigger station designed for the Baldrick Turniput ecosystem. Pair it with our Baldrick Input8 - Cosmic Interact Series or Baldrick17 Ready-to-Run Controller to give guests simple push-button control of songs, playlists, sequences, effects, API actions, and supported external devices.

Each illuminated button connects to a powered Turniput port, combining the button trigger and controllable illumination in one connection. No custom button wiring or improvised control box is required.

How It Works

Launch Control provides three illuminated 40 mm arcade-style pushbuttons. Each button supports both Push and Hold actions through a Baldrick Turniput port, providing up to 6 programmable trigger actions from one compact control station.

Each button uses its own xConnect connection to the controller. The three Turniput connections carry both the trigger input and power for the illuminated button. Button illumination is controlled through the Turniput configuration and can be set to On, Off, or Pulse.

Mount the station where guests can access it, run standard xConnect extension cables back to the Turniput connections on your compatible Baldrick controller, and configure the button actions through the Baldrick web interface.

xLights, FPP & Baldrick Integration

When paired with a Turniput-equipped Baldrick controller, Cosmic Launch Control™ can be used with Falcon Player (FPP) and your xLights/FPP show setup for real-time guest interaction.

Depending on your Baldrick and FPP configuration, button actions can be used to start or stop playlists, play specific songs or sequences, adjust volume, call supported FPP API actions, enable test modes, or activate compatible external devices.

The Launch Control station itself requires no onboard programming, Raspberry Pi, or separate control electronics. Trigger logic and illuminated-button behavior are configured through the connected Baldrick controller and, where applicable, FPP.

Complete Kit

The Complete Kit includes everything in the Base Kit plus two reusable seasonal overlay signs for Christmas and Halloween.

The overlays are printed in weather-resistant PETG with the graphics and text incorporated directly into the printed part. There are no surface stickers or vinyl graphics to peel or lift at the edges.

Custom Labeling & Personalization

Every interactive display is different, so the Launch Control face is designed to support several labeling options. Change songs mid-season, update playlists year to year, or completely re-theme the station without replacing the hardware.

• Blank Overlay STL (Download) - Design and print a custom full-face overlay sized specifically for Cosmic Launch Control™.
• 3D Printed Badge Plates STL (Download) - Print individual raised nameplates and attach them with outdoor-rated double-sided tape such as 3M™ VHB™.
• Adhesive Vinyl Graphics - Create custom labels with Cricut®, Silhouette®, or similar vinyl cutters.
• Waterproof Printable Labels - Compatible with 1.25" × 3.75" durable waterproof labels such as Avery® Weatherproof Film.
