Thank you for shopping with Cosmic Controllers. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping practices.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, shipment processing may be delayed by an additional business day. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Carrier rates (UPS)
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • A small handling fee to cover packaging and fulfillment costs

Delivery time estimates are provided by UPS and begin once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Available shipping options:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Overnight — available by request, please contact us before placing your order

Shopify Collective Products (Mattos Designs™)

Certain products sold through Cosmic Controllers are fulfilled directly by Mattos Designs™ via Shopify Collective.

These items:

  • Ship separately from other items in your order
  • May arrive in different packaging
  • Are fulfilled and shipped directly by Mattos Designs

Checkout, payment processing, and customer support remain handled by Cosmic Controllers.


P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We ship to U.S. residential and commercial addresses via UPS. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customers with special delivery requirements should contact us at info@cosmiccontrollers.com before placing their order and we will do our best to accommodate.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Cosmic Controllers is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit once they have been transferred to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.
  3. Contact us at info@cosmiccontrollers.com so we can assist if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Cosmic Controllers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
