30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective item
- A damaged shipment
- An incorrect item received
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item was damaged in transit
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to complete an eligible return once approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
