How long does shipping take?
In-stock products are typically shipped out the next business day.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged based on our discounted commercial UPS rates.
Our prices closely reflect the real cost of packaging and delivery — we don't inflate shipping charges or use them to offset product pricing.
Why do you ship exclusively via UPS?
We ship exclusively via UPS to ensure reliable tracking, consistent transit times, and a better overall delivery experience for our customers. UPS is our carrier of choice for all domestic shipments.

What shipping options are available?
We offer the following UPS shipping options at checkout:
- UPS Ground — most economical option, transit times vary by destination
- UPS 2nd Day Air — guaranteed delivery in 2 business days
- UPS Overnight — available by request, please contact us before ordering
How are Mattos Designs products shipped?
All Mattos Designs™ products sold through Cosmic Controllers are fulfilled directly by Mattos Designs via Shopify Collective. They ship separately from other items in your order, but checkout and support are still handled by Cosmic Controllers.

Are your controllers compatible with other brands?
Yes. Our controllers are full-featured standalone units, not receivers, so they operate independently from other show controllers. Just connect to your network via Ethernet, complete the initial setup, and push your show configuration through xLights.
Are your controllers Wi-Fi capable?
Our Baldrick-based controllers are designed for wired Ethernet operation and do not connect to Wi-Fi directly. This ensures reliable, consistent performance for pixel data.
Shows are typically played using a dedicated show player such as a Raspberry Pi running Falcon Player (FPP), which allows the controller to operate independently without a computer connected. Alternatively, some users choose to run shows directly from xLights Scheduler on a PC, in which case the computer must remain on during show playback.

Are your controllers vented?
Our controllers are housed in non-vented enclosures, ensuring superior protection against water, dust, and pest intrusion in even the most challenging environments.
Do you offer customizations?
Yes, we offer customizations and modifications, including vents, fans, and additional accessories . For custom orders or specific requests, please contact us directly.
What's your warranty policy on controllers?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date on all pixel controllers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
