Cosmic Controllers is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow applicable safety standards.

3. Third-Party Fulfilled Products

Certain products may be fulfilled by third-party partners (such as Shopify Collective suppliers). Those products may ship separately. While we handle checkout and customer support, fulfillment timelines and packaging may vary.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage during transit, or lost shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Please review it prior to purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, documentation, branding, logos, graphics, and media are the property of Cosmic Controllers and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
