Build an 8-Output Pixel Controller or Receiver
Share
Some builders already know exactly which controller board and enclosure they want to use. The harder part can be gathering all the smaller pieces: output pigtails, glands, a power supply, cable entry, and labels—often from several orders.
Our new 8-Output DIY Controller & Receiver Parts Kit puts those parts together while leaving the board and enclosure up to you.
Start With Your Own Build Plan
The kit is suited to an 8-output controller or remote receiver built in a case of your choice, including compact cases and ammo cans. You decide where the board, power supply, outputs, and network connection will go.
The Supporting Parts in One Box
Inside are a Mean Well LRS-350-12 power supply, eight xConnect female pigtails, two M25 four-hole glands, a long-thread M16 power-cord gland, a 3-foot outdoor-rated SJTW cord, a waterproof RJ45 panel mount, and PETG Cable ID Clips numbered 1–8.
The RJ45 fitting comes with a 300 mm cable by default. If your layout calls for a 200 mm cable or a fitting with no attached cable, either can be substituted at no additional charge—just leave a note with your order.
Build It Your Way
You provide the controller or receiver board, enclosure, mounts, and board-specific wiring. We provide the core hardware in one order, ready for you to lay out and assemble around your build.
